We have established a scientific advisory board comprised of scientific leaders that regularly provides advice and input on matters related to our research and development programs. Our scientific advisory board consists of experts across a range of key disciplines relevant to our programs and science. We intend to continue to leverage the broad expertise of our advisors by seeking their counsel on important topics relating to our research and development programs.

Some members of our scientific advisory board have entered into consulting agreements with us covering their respective confidentiality, non-disclosure and proprietary rights matters, and own or have owned shares of our common stock or options to purchase shares of our common stock. All of the scientific advisors are employed by or have consulting arrangements with other entities and devote only a small portion of their time to us.
